Reliability Centered Maintenance Analysis Facilitation Skills

Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) analysis is a facilitated team event, and as such, requires strong facilitation skills for it to be a productive and efficient process. The facilitator must ensure that the team members are engaged and responsive, otherwise valuable feedback will be missed. This requires good presentation skills, interpersonal skills and negotiation skills as a baseline. This presentation will demonstrate the use of these skills in the process of executing an RCM analysis. The attendees will become familiar with the RCM process and the benefits of integrating the baseline skills into the process.
